Developer unveils low-density apartment block under Skyvilla Residence project

SkyVilla Residence offers resort-style facilities such as a swimming pool

KUCHING: MJC City Development Sdn Bhd will hold a site launching of Ohanna (Block D) of its SkyVilla Residence this weekend.

Ohanna is a 16-storey block with eight units per floor, which have a built-up area ranging from 998 sq ft to 1,380 sq ft, with views of Mount Serapi or overlooking the clubhouse facilities.
