SIBU: A dazzling display of fireworks and cultural performances made the town square a centre of attraction as members of the public ushered in the New Year.
The poor weather and intermittent rain, did not stop more than 3,000 people from witnessing the annual countdown on Saturday night organised by Sibu Municipal Council (SMC).
