WHILE people were sound asleep on the morning of Malaysia Day, 1,080 people kickstarted their day by participating in the heart-pumping Malaysians Unite Against Diabetes Run at Sunway Medical Centre (SunMed).
The run was part of SunMed’s Let’s Take 5 campaign, where a series of activities to create awareness on diabetes and its complications had been organised since 2012.
