JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) will not be issuing licences for flat and apartment owners wanting to keep dogs as pets.

Johor Baru Mayor A. Rahim Nin said high-rise dwellers who wanted to keep dogs in their units would not be issued a licence while residents living in terrace houses were only allowed one dog in their premises.
