SIBU: The state needs more multinational companies to help it build sports facilities because of the huge construction costs involved.
At the opening of the RM10mil Sibu Volleyball Indoor Stadium on Monday, Youth, Sports and Solidarity Minister Datuk Seri Michael Manyin Jawong said the state government should not be solely responsible for building these facilities.
