Former sub-inspector breaks down in tears upon surprise visit from cops

Zakaria Jaafar broke down in tears when men and women in blue paid him a surprise visit at his home in Kampung Baru Hicom here.

The former sub-inspector, who is now bedridden, retired from the police force 23 years ago.
