Attendees were treated to a variety of cultural dances by the amazing Warisan Sarawak troupe including the Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu and Sumazau performances.
Sarawak laksa, kek lapis, beer and tuak (traditional rice wine of the Dayak people) made the Gawai Dayak Celebrations at the Jarrod & Rawlins outlet in Damansara Heights even more merry.
Traditionally falling on June 1 and 2, Gawai is an annual festival celebrated by the Dayaks in Sarawak in thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.
