Abandoned community hall to be used for free tuition classes for needy kids

THE community hall in Kampung Perlis near Butterworth, Penang, has been turned into an education centre.

Bagan Dalam assemblyman A. Tanasekharan said the hall, under the jurisdiction of the Bagan Dalam Community Development and Security Committee (JKKK), had been abandoned for some time.
