HAVING arrived at 9am, Khor Kok Keong was among the earliest of avid stamp collectors at the Main Post Office in Ipoh to get their hands on the new Perak definitive stamps (postage stamps that are part of the regular issue of a country’s stamps).

The 39-year-old civil engineer was busy making a large purchase of the garden flowers-themed stamp series, launched on March 21 to commemorate Sultan Nazrin Shah’s enthronement as the 35th Sultan of Perak in May last year.
