KUCHING: The Papillion Street Mall at MJC New Township is one place for those who love art and for families to chill out during the weekend.

Launched on Saturday, the mall – which means “butterfly” in French – is a gateway for the young and stressed out who wish to express their interest freely by cosplaying and dancing.
