ALL things Japanese are coming back to Penang with the 3rd Penang Yosakoi Parade and Carnival this Saturday and the 2nd Penang Anime Matsuri in May.
More than 650 people in 28 groups will be doing a hot variety of dances — hip-hop, rock ‘n’ roll, modern, Chinese, traditional Japanese, tango, cha-cha andothers — at the Penang Yosakoi this Saturday from 6pm to 11pm.
