A loop of obstacles

THE implementation of the one-way loop in Section 52, Petaling Jaya has brought anxiety to Cancerlink Foundation, one of the longest-serving institutions in the neighbourhood.

The centre located in Jalan Utara is facing numerous problems since the loop was introduced.
