Restaurants must maintain grease trap to ensure licence renewal

LICENCES of restaurants that are about to expire will only be extended on condition that their grease traps are functioning properly.

DBKL Health and Environment Department director Dr Hayati Abdullah, said all restaurant licences due for renewal, would be thoroughly scrutinised.
