A non-governmental organisation (NGO) has started a project to keep track of the number of stray dogs in Penang.

Stop Killing, Start Vaccinating (SKSV) secretary Lim Li Lian said stray dog feeders can contact the authorised committee members of SKSV, who will go to the location where the dog feeders are and using the GPS, they will tag the location.
