David Beckham goes to Breitling bash in KL mall, crowd goes wild!

Becks descended upon a luxury watch store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and everyone predictably went bonkers.

What better way to usher in one’s birthday than to have the presence of a world-famous celebrity? Independent luxury Swiss watch manufacturer Breitling recently hosted its first anniversary celebration at its standalone boutique in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Adding excitement to the evening was British style icon and Breitling fan, David Beckham, who was at the store to grace the bash. Attended by 120 guests comprising watch aficionados and media members, the evening’s atmosphere was highly charged in anticipation of Beckham’s arrival.

The surrounding crowd went wild when Beckham – who was the face of Breitling for Bentley in a 2013 campaign – took to the stage.

He also presented an autographed Breitling Jet Team scale plane to Alexander C Melchers, director of Melchers Time Pte Ltd, highlighting the brand’s expertise as a leading specialist in the field of pilot’s instruments.
