Petra Energy unit secures work orders from PETRONAS Carigali valued at combined RM298mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Petra Energy Bhd's subsidiary Petra Resources Sdn Bhd has received four work orders totalling RM298mil from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of hook-up and commissioning (HUC) services for Bintulu Integrated Facilities (BIF) rejuvenation project Phase 2.

The group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the work orders include the provision for procurement (bulk items), engineering activities and construction and commissioning.

It is further to the group's Jan 3, 2025, announcement it had secured the award from PETRONAS Carigali for the provision of Pan-Malaysia offshore maintenance, construction, modification (MCM) and HUC services for Package C3 (SKA-Gas).
