KUALA LUMPUR: Country Heights Holdings Bhd
(CHHB) has terminated the deal to sell its 70% equity interest and all cumulative redeemable preference shares in education services provider Country Heights Education Sdn Bhd (CHESB) to SMRT Holdings Bhd’s unit CUCMS Education Sdn Bhd for RM105,001.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CHHB said CHESB would remain as a 70% owned subsidiary of CHHB.
CUCMS Education operates and manages Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences.
