1Q16 a blowout quarter for regional aviation stocks, says Maybank IB

KUALA LUMPUR : Regional airlines across Southeast Asia are reporting strong gains in earnings as well as their share prices over the first quarter of this year (1Q16) due to several factors including strengthening passenger demand as well as much lower jet fuel costs, said Maybank IB Research in a note today.
