KUALA LUMPUR: The German Embassy at 16, Jalan Kia Peng in the capital’s prime Embassy Row neighbourhood has been put up for sale at an indicative price of about RM2,500 per sq ft.
This would value the 80,000-sq-ft property, on which a sprawling bungalow sits, at about RM200mil. If a deal is struck at that price, then it would be one of the highest on a per sq ft basis in the city centre.
