TiVo launches the world's biggest digital video recorder

The TiVo Mega, as the name suggests, can record 26,000 hours of television -- that's just shy of three whole years -- as long as you don't mind watching in standard definition.

However, if set to capture content in full HD, its 24TB of disk space will still have room for 4,000 hours of programming, so roughly six entire months.
