Boon Heong’s resignation allows former junior champions to reunite

KUALA LUMPUR: The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) sees the resignation of national doubles ace Tan Boon Heong as a blessing in disguise.

Boon Heong’s decision to quit on Wednesday will see the return of two former world junior doubles champions – Mak Hee Chun-Teo Kok Siang and Chooi Kah Ming-Ow Yao Han – in the national elite team.
