FIH president says there is no match-fixing in hockey

KUALA LUMPUR: The International Hockey Federation (FIH) claim that hockey is free from match-fixing — but not doping.

“Hockey is safe and hockey is clean. It is the selling point of the sport. It’s the cleanest sport,” said FIH president Leandro Negre, who is here for a two-day visit.
