KL facing red tape ahead of Under-14 hockey meet

KUALA LUMPUR: All 14 states are sending a team for the MHC-Milo boys Under-14 hockey championships which will be held in Kuala Terengganu from Nov 18-27.

The tournament enters its ninth year and once again defending champions Kuala Lumpur will be the team to beat.
