West Brom sign Man United defender Evans

LONDON (Reuters) - West Bromwich Albion have bolstered their defensive ranks by signing centre half Jonny Evans from Manchester United on a four-year deal.

"This is a great signing for the club," manager Tony Pulis told Albion's official website on Saturday.
