PETALING JAYA: Pahang’s new coach Ron Smith has decided to skip this year’s World Cup Finals in Brazil due to his commitments with the Elephants in the Super League.
The Englishman was supposed to be with the Socceroos at the Finals from the June 12-July 13 as a technical analyst with the Football Federation Australia (FFA). But he recently quit the post to focus on the job with Pahang.
