No pressure on Vivian-Khe Wei in Incheon

Vivian Hoo and Woon Khe Wei are not expected to go far at the Asian Games

PETALING JAYA: Women’s doubles pair Vivian Hoo-Woon Khe Wei have been steadily gaining a reputation as multi-sport event specialists.

The pair beat fancied Indonesia pair Nitya Krishinda Maheshwari-Greysia Polii to help Malaysia defy the odds and bag the gold medal at the SEA Games in Myanmar last year. In the Glasgow Commonwealth Games last month, Vivian-Khe Wei upset India’s Jwala Gutta-Ashwini Ponappa to inspire Malaysia to the team gold.
