BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko hailed solidarity from EU leaders at a summit in Brussels on Thursday and accused Moscow and pro-Russian rebels of taking the offensive after a deal was reached for a truce to start on Sunday.
