MINSK (Reuters) - Leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France committed to respect Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, according to a joint declaration distributed by the Kremlin.
The leaders also agreed that regular meetings would be held to ensure the fulfilment of the Minsk agreements, the document said.
