Lawyer: Exec tricked into having sex with minor

A FORMER Swiss banking executive was tricked into having sex with an underage prostitute, the defence argued on the first day of his trial.

Juerg Buergin, 41, was cheated into believing that the girl was over 18, his lawyer claimed.
