IGP orders arrest of Twitter user over seditious post


PETALING JAYA: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pic) has ordered the arrest of a Twitter user who linked multiple high-profile deaths to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

In a tweet on Thursday, Khalid ordered the Police Cyber Investigation Response Centre to track and arrest the social media user for sedition, with a screen-capture of the offending post added below the message.
