Sedition charge against Karpal defective, Gobind tells Court of Appeal

PUTRAJAYA: The sedition charge against the late Karpal Singh (pic) is defective, the Court of Appeal heard on Tuesday.

The appellate court was also told that Karpal did not at any time question the prerogative of the Perak Sultan to appoint the Mentri Besar.
