Anwar vs Utusan decision on quantum on Oct 19

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court fixed Oct 19 for decision to determine on the quantum of damages to be paid by Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd in the suit by former Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The rulings were made by High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng after dismissing Utusan Melayu's application to raise Anwar's previous convictions to enable them to reduce the quantum against them.
