GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council will clamp down on unlicensed hotel operators starting next week.
State Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said 22 new unlicensed hotels on the island have been identified.
