PUTRAJAYA: A hungry nine-year-old jumped off the second floor balcony at the Civil Servants Housing apartment in Precinct 18 here to find her mother.
The girl, who was left alone in a locked apartment unit since morning, sustained mouth injuries in the 1.30pm incident on Thursday.
