KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has dismissed the defamation suit by acting DAP national chairman Tan Kok Wai against Teratai assemblyman Jenice Lee Ying Ha.
High Court judge Justice John Louis O'Hara ruled the two statements made by Lee against Tan on Facebook in 2014 were not defamatory.
