BENTONG: The Malaysian Examination Board has been directed to investigate a claim that UPSR invigilators at several Chinese national-type schools in Penang were not allowed to read the instructions in the examination papers in any other another language except in Bahasa Melayu.
Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon, who issued the directive, said there had been no circular or instruction issued on the matter.
