KUALA LUMPUR: MIC central working committee (CWC) member S. Ananthan is seeking a court order to initiate contempt of court proceedings against four party leaders.
He claimed that his application to be intervener in the judicial review bid by the four was dismissed by a High Court due to their alleged false statement.
