A THIEF in Chongqing, China, had to call the police for help because he was afraid of being beaten up by a crowd gathered at the house he had broken into earlier, reported Kwong Wah Yit Poh.
The man, known only as Hu, was ransacking the house when the owner suddenly returned. Upon seeing Hu, the owner rushed out to seek help from his neighbours.
