Sekolah pondok found not to be involved in extremism, terrorism

KOTA BARU: The 288 sekolah pondok (religious schools) in the country are found not to be involved in extremism or terrorism activities. 

Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Dr Ashraf Wajdi Dusuki said the Islamic Education School Board has been monitoring the activities of these schools.
