CWC meetings chaired by Subra invalid, claims Sothi

KUALA LUMPUR: The MIC faction aligned to embattled president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel has alleged that interim the Central Working Committee (CWC) meetings chaired by Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam were not done in accordance with procedure.

Datuk S. Sothinathan (pic), who is recognised as secretary-general by Palanivel's supporters, claimed the MIC records did not contain requisitions to hold CWC meetings, which according to the constitution, should be submitted to the secretary-general.
