PETALING JAYA: A Government officer signed contract documents worth more than RM100mil despite not having the authority to do so, the second in a series of Auditor-General’s (A-G) reports for 2014 revealed.
In the report released Monday, this lapse of execution happened within the implementation of the Replicating Integrated Zone for Aquaculture Project (IZAQ), under the National Key Economic Area of the Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry.
