SHAH ALAM: Container equipment operator Shahril Azlan Ahmad Kamil, 30, has won his civil claim against the police and government for shooting him at a roadblock.
Justice Hanipah Farikullah held Friday that it was not right for a policeman to have shot Shahril when the officer’s life was not in danger.
