KUCHING: Several bank accounts belonging to a Sarawak assistant minister have been frozen by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) pending investigations into alleged misuse of funds.
MACC recorded the statement of the assistant minister on Wednesday with regard to allegations of corrupt practice and abuse of power involving the contract of the RM250mil Baitul Makmur II, a 16-storey building in Petra Jaya here.
