JOHOR BARU: Johor and Singapore have been urged to immediately resolve outstanding issues concerning the proposed Malaysia-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) link.
Johor India Business Association president P. Sivakumar said a joint announcement on the project by Malaysia and Singapore was due in November 2013 .
