KUANTAN: A person not linked to any political party is the first to buy a set of nomination forms for the coming Rompin parliamentary by-election.
In revealing this, Pahang Elections Commission deputy director (operations) Mohd Zukri Sidek said the individual bought the forms at the EC office at Wisma Persekutuan here on Tuesday.
