An AirAsia plane with 162 people on board goes missing en route from Indonesia to Singapore Sunday morning.

PETALING JAYA: Singapore authorities are on standby to mount search-and-rescue operations for the missing Indonesia AirAsia Flight QZ8501, which went missing Sunday morning while enroute from Surabaya to the island.
