KUANTAN: Village security and development committees (JKKK) can play a pivotal role in helping the country meet its target for a developed nation status, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
With another five years to go before 2020, Liow said it was crucial that all plans and policies listed under the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) and Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) proceeded and trickled to the ground.
