BUTTERWORTH: The 39-year-old babysitter who allegedly tied up a three-year-old boy and left him lying on the floor at her house will be charged in court on Friday.

North Seberang Perai OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Rahman Ibrahim said investigations have been wrapped up and papers submitted to the Deputy Public Prosecutor for further action.
