Quick-thinking man saves wife from being raped

A husband saved his wife from being raped by raining kicks on two men who had broken into his house in Kampung Laksmana, Gombak and attacked the woman, reported Harian Metro.

“The men were naked. One of them had pinned down my wife. I instinctively kicked both of them as hard as I could,” he said.

The husband, who wanted to be known as Ahmad, in his 50s, said the two men, aged between 20 and 40, broke into his home at about 7am.

He was in another part of the house while his wife, also in her 50s, was in the living room.

“Suddenly, I heard my wife shouting for help.

“When I rushed to the living room, both intruders were already naked and one of them was pinning my wife down,” he said.

Ahmad said his neighbours also heard the commotion and managed to nab one of men.

The other man managed to escape, but the police tracked him down.

Both suspects were brought to the Gombak police station for further investigations.

Ahmad added that the two suspects were his neighbours, but they had not spoken to one another.
