Group: Don't issue fresh gazette for Kidex land

SHAH ALAM: The “Say No To Kidex” group wants the Selangor Go­­vern­ment not to issue a fresh gazette for land acquisition to build the interlink highway.

Quoting the Land Acquisition Act 1960 which states that the land acquisition gazetted for the project was valid only until July 17, the protem committee urged the state not to extend or issue a fresh gazette until a proper impact study was conducted.
